Shamanic series: This basic series was created so that anyone has the opportunity to learn more about ancient self-healing techniques to achieve a better connection to self. These classes are based on core techniques from shamanic teachers Kristin Madden, & Lyn Birmingham. You can take all of the classes offered as a series or test the "energetic waters" to see if the fit is right for you and your personal journey. Students completing several of the basic series can then discuss with the shamanic instructor about moving on to the Intro to Shamanism class before becoming eligible to enroll in any of the Advanced classes or workshops.

Power Animal Retrieval- (3 hr class) This class is based on ancient shamanic techniques of the journey to find one or several animal spirit helpers. Similar to spirit guides, we have animal allies to assist us in our spiritual paths. PA retrievals can be done on individual basis or in group settings. - $50 (D. Gilmore)
Ancient Tool of Shamanic Journey- (3 hr class) This tool is a non-ordinary reality/altered state (similar to dreaming or hypnotherapy) that allows you to visit the shamanic three worlds. The three worlds are the upper world, middle world, & lower world as means to obtain guidance, information, personal energy or healing for the self. - $50 (D. Gilmore)
Journey Circles- (2 hrs group setting) A collection of individuals coming together to form a group to journey for self, each other, community, earth, etc. This type of setting usually creates bonds with all who attend and typically enhances or deepens connection to self, your guides, guardians, power animals, spirit teachers, angels, etc. In a circle, only the teacher or host drums while the individual's journey. - $15 (D. Intro to Shamanism- (Core Shamanism) (12 hr group setting) A 2-day class that will cover basics on the history of shamanism, creating sacred space, smudging, the shamanic journey & the 3 worlds we visit. You will have some handouts, book recommendations and a better knowledge of this powerful spiritual medicine for the soul. - $180 (D. Gilmore)
Energy Blockages using Ancient Shamanic Diagnostic Tools- (6 hr class) This class is to teach you to use tools such as a drum, rattle, pendulum &/or body scans to feel stagnant or stuck energies within our bodies. The chakra systems can also be addressed in this class setting. Prior energy classes such as Reiki (any levels), Polarity, etc. are beneficial but not required. - $100 (D. Gilmore)
Communicating with Your Personal Guides, Guardians, Angels, Spirit Helpers- (3 hr class) This class is created to assist you in understanding how to communicate with your personal spirit helpers for guidance, support, love, energy or to strengthen a deeper connection. A pre-requisite to this class is "Ancient Tool of Shamanic Journey" or at least prior shamanic classes where you have a guide you want to work with. You can schedule an individual shamanic session prior to the class so you are able to join the group. You may contact the teacher directly to make individual session arrangements. - $50 (D. Grounding, Centering & Shielding- (6 hr class) The purpose of this class is to increase your awareness and options of personal protection to enhance your professional knowledge and skills in your Massage Therapy Practice. However, you do not have to be a Massage Therapist to attend this class since energy, protection and grounding applies to everyone. This particular class was just structured around the energy drains many Massage Therapists experience in their healing paths/careers. - $110 incl. binder of material (D. Gilmore)
Drum Making Workshop- (approx. 4 hr class) This class will teach you how to create your very own drum from a drum kit purchased two weeks prior to class. You will not only learn to construct your new drum, but how to bless it, protect it and maintenance necessary to honor this very important tool in your healing realm. All drum kits must be pre-ordered 2 weeks in advance by the teacher to allow for shipping and preparation for this workshop. - $175 incl. cost of 15” drum kit, beater kit & shipping/handling (D. Art of Burning Bowl Ceremonies- (3 hr class) Burning Bowl Ceremonies are a way to release what you no longer need, set new intentions, cleanse, or just a great reason to gather around a fire pit. The burnt ashes carry away what you no longer need, shift your energy by setting your new intentions, awaken you to a higher awareness, and re-enforce this by group witness to confirm whatever is in your highest good so it shall now be. - $60 incl. a take home sample (D. Intro to Clearing of Negative Energies in the Home, Massage Space &/or Office- (3 hr class) Anytime a person or spirit enters your space with anger, aggression, mis-intentions, etc it can cluster or collect in areas that ultimately affect your mood, your energy, your pet's behavior (because they feel it too) and all who enter or exit this space. This learning experience will give you a basic knowledge of how to clear or disperse stagnant or negative energy to create a more positive flow of energy. - $50 (D. Gilmore)
Making Your Personal Medicine Shields &/or Medicine Bundles- (3 hr class) We all need a little personal medicine to help us on our own paths to self healing. You have your choice to create either a medicine shield or a medicine bundle (if time & supplies permit, you may make both) that you can use in your own self work or adorn your altar space. All participants are encouraged to bring items of personal power or meaning (ex. feathers of legal grade-no endangered species, shells, beads, herbs, gemstones, crystals, leather, rawhide, wire, a small to medium sized hoop, bamboo, etc. since some of these supplies & hot glue gun will be on hand for use) to use in this creative crafts class. - $60 (D. Creating a Spiritual Altar- (3 hr class) The purpose of this fun class is to show you how to create your personal altar for comfort, peace, meditation, prayer, setting daily intentions, gathering energy, honoring your personal paths to healing, etc. As an integral part of your spiritual ritual, an altar becomes an exquisite manifestation of the healing energy and integration of mind-body-spirit. Altar-making clears a path through the clutter of your world, enhances your inner journey and explores alchemy with herbs, incense, etc to promote successful outcomes such as love, prosperity and good health. Selection and Power of the Pendulum- (3 hr class) A pendulum is another powerful tool to any spiritual practice as a diagnostic or divinatory tool of direct communication with spirit. This class will help you understand the selection process if purchasing a pendulum, communicating, and creating your information platform. If you would rather create your pendulum, please bring cord, string or a chain, gemstone(s) or crystal(s), beads or any other materials you resonate with that you wish to use in class. Intro to House Blessings- (3 hr class) This is a basic knowledge or understanding to bless a new or pre-owned dwelling, land, or space using shamanic and blended ancient techniques. We will cover many different blessing tools such as sage, sweetgrass, drumming, rattling, candles, crystals, poetic words, intention, etc in order to create a specific space of positive loving energy flow. - $50 (D. Cutting Energy Cords- (3 hr class) We get attached to people in life based on all types of relationships in either healthy or unhealthy situations/settings that might not be in our best interest to keep holding onto. In shamanism, we are taught to visualize these cords in a journey, people they are attached to, if it's a drain on our own energy or no longer in our best health to stay connected. After the journey, we set intention to release what we no longer need by means of cutting the spiritual energy cords, sealing or closing up the energy holes, then doing any other necessary self work as we record our findings in our journals. - $60 incl. a journal (D. Calling Back Your Energy and Protection for Self- (3 hr class) People in life have both positive and negative energies and make a conscious choice how they use their energy around others. People or situations can drain or purposefully deplete our energy if we are not aware or simply forget to protect ourselves from harmful situations. Through a shamanic journey we will find places our energy has been taken or depleted and call our energy back to us. Work on our spiritual body ultimately assists our physical and mental bodies for personal healing. You will also learn the Badane Shield in creating protection for yourself or possibly others. - $50 (D. Gilmore)

Reiki series: These individual classes are designed so that each learner can take the specific levels when the student is ready, drop ins that took other levels with different teachers perhaps, or wanting to further your knowledge in the traditional art of Reiki. Each class is based upon Diane Stein's "Essential Reiki" book using the Traditional symbols. All ages are welcome to attend this wonderful experience & you do NOT have to be a Licensed Massage Therapist to attend. All healthcare workers, Indigos, Crystals, etc usually benefit greatly from any level of Reiki classes.

Level I- (6 hr CE class) This first level class will give you a greater understanding of what Reiki is, its history (based on Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki), settings in which it is used, the benefits and then your Level 1 attunement. This class focuses on Reiki for self healing and the proper hand positions. Reiki is within us all and is about setting your intention radiating from heart centered love, acceptance, care and love of oneself. If you want to learn the art of working on others, you will need to take Level 2. Level 1 Reiki is really all about you. - $115 incl. book & handouts (D. Gilmore)
Level II- (6 hr CE class) This second level covers similar but different hand placement to perform Reiki on others, covers more exploration of the Reiki principles, legal awareness of the healing art and Level 2 attunement. You will gain a better proficiency in using the sacred symbols passed down in lineage from Master Usui (the Great Reiki Master), which enhances your intentions, love and the passing of Reiki energy is increased. Level III- (6 hr CE class) This is the third and most exciting level increasing to the fullest your Reiki practice on self and others applying all your prior levels. Some teachers give you the option of adding Reiki Master to this level so you can teach others the art of Reiki and the different levels. Reiki Master Teacher- (6 hr class) This level is solely if you want to teach others about the individual levels of Reiki, pass attunements and hold yourself to a higher standard of ethics moving beyond a student practitioner level into a Master Teacher role. - $325 incl. Southwest School of Active Dreaming series:
Class series overview: Learn the core techniques of Active Dreaming developed by Robert Moss through this 16 week introductory program. During these 4 class series you will learn the basic methods of Lightening Dream Work and the Ethics of Dream Sharing while creating a safe space in which to share. Learn conscious dreaming techniques of dream re-entry and dream tracking along with how to dream the future and determine which dreams may hold valuable psychic information.

*Participants completing all four sessions of the Core Techniques of Active Dreaming will receive certification as a dream group facilitator.

Energy, Auras & You- (3 hr class) Auras are the energy field that surrounds us and all things. Through fine tuning your intuition in this class you will learn what auras are and techniques to actually see touch and work with your auric field. Kuan Yin (Connecting with the Goddess of Compassion)- (2.5 hr class) In our current times, we all need to connect with the compassion that we can give and show to ourselves and others. In this workshop, learn about this most revered goddess in all of Asia and how getting in touch with her essence, history and energy can create more self love and love of others in your life. Learn chants, meditation and ways to release old thought patterns and create your own personal altar to honor that place of compassion within you and this goddess for you to take with you. Intro to Polarity- (6 hr CE class) This is the body's magnetic energy fields combining touch, diet and exercise to create an internal balance of our mind, body and spirit. Vision Boarding- (3 hr class) This self inspiration class built on Law of Attraction principles will unleash your creative/artistic side in creating what you want in life by the power of intention, pictures, thoughts, words, drawings, color, etc. Some colored pencils, white poster boards, markers, crayons, glue sticks and magazines will be provided. Soap Making for the Soul- (3 hr class) This class encourages your creative homemade side using soap molds, soap bases, some essential oils or scented compounds and herbs in making your personal soaps. Why spend high dollars on store bought soaps with high alcohol concentrations, chemicals, etc when you can personalize and make your own? This class provides the majority of the materials, but you are welcome to bring your own additions like molds, herbs, or scents to really make it your own. - $65 (D. Gilmore)

Intro to Sound Energy Therapy using Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks- (6 hr class) Vibrational Therapy has proven to have many benefits in breaking down walls of stagnant or stuck energy. Sound travels past the muscle and into the heart of the energy to your core body or energy centers. You can take this learning and create your own ritual or routine like chakra balance or clearing, combining with Reiki energy &/or incorporating in your Massage Therapy practice. - $ 100 (D. Introduction to Tarot- (2 hr class) The Tarot is an instrument that allows us direct access to knowledge stored in our subconscious. It is the language of our intuition, and premonitions. When we consult the Tarot, it tells us about our feelings and worries and gives us information and answers. In the simplest of terms, Tarot cards are a means of predicting events or gaining insight into our spiritual and earthly worlds. Personal Healing Mandalas- (3 hr class) This class will use colors with intricate patterns that enhance inner focus, peace, used as a type of meditation and connection to self. Mandalas used as this type of meditation technique will encourage a self healing that naturally keeps your own individual pace, while creating a relaxed state of being. Self Introspection and Growth-(3 hr class) In this class we will use mirror work to understand our negative thought patterns about ourselves & self image. This technique has been used in therapy sessions, tantra, and some types of mindful meditation. This class will teach you to recognize our negative thought patterns about ourselves and replace them with positive thought patterns, nourishing and embracing how unique all of us are and learn the importance of self love. Intro to Aromathery/Aromatics- (6 hr CE class) Aromatherapy is the use of plant essential oils to maximize the therapeutic effects of massage. This class will give you a basic understanding of bases, blending of different oils, and the proper use and care of this aroma filled education. You can create custom blends for your massage medium(s) like massage créme, massage butters, or adding in your daily regimen for self care. - $125 (K. Koeppen)

Meditation- (6 hr class) Class participants will learn different types of meditation techniques to calm the body, mind & spirit. Learning these types of skills can assist you in adult ADD or overactive minds simply by breathing techniques, yoga positions, and guided auditory meditations. - $100 (S. Reyna)

Intro to Gemstones and Crystals- (3 hr class) This class offers basic descriptions of various gemstones and their healing properties in everyday life. Intro to Cranial Sacral Therapy- (6 hr CE class) This class offers a basic knowledge of laying on of hands to tap into the craniosacral system. The therapist gently works with the spine, skull, cranial sutures, diaphragm, and fascia. Graphology- (2 hr class) Graphology is the study and analysis of handwriting to reveal personality traits and of how an individual's handwriting indicates their soul attributes and in some cases even their divine purpose. Every person's individual handwriting reflects what is unique about them. The conscious and subconscious minds are revealed through hundreds of handwriting aspects by the complex coordination of nerves, body, and mind function. Graphology is highly informative because it reveals subconscious character, the real personality, not just the persona. Exercises to Raise Vibrations- (2 hr class) Everything around us is composed of energy. As you raise your vibrational energy on earth, you allow the spiritual realm to have easier contact with you. Spirit guides and angels work on a higher vibration than we do on earth. Their thoughts are pure energy and operate at much faster speeds. Human vibrations are lower and operate at a slower speed.
