The dynamics of somatic emotional release, transference issues, grounding and archetypal imagery will be discussed. Introduction to Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy is a 5 point holistic system that dissolves blocked energy and activates the innate wellness and intelligence of your body and mind. Polarity was developed by Dr. Randolf Stone. DC. DO, ND (1890-1981) who synthesized the wisdom of the East with the research of the West. The techniques range from chakra balancing to cleansing diets to principles found in Quantum Physics. this class will include a look at the principles that govern the movement of energy, Polarity Bodywork, Polarity Yoga & Nutrition, and a brief overview of the APP certification program.

Myofascial Release for Head, Neck, and Shoulders a Hellerwork & Polarity Therapy approach

This Approach is Powerful and Effective on Many Levels: Physical: chronic neck problems, whip lash, headaches, upper back tightness, also useful for some lung & heart problems. Psycho-Emotional: Heart chakra & throat chakra issues such as speaking our truth, seeing life from different perspectives, appreciating diversity, grief, lovingly reaching out to others or to ones self, listening and mental clarity. Fascia: is the soft tissue component of the connective tissue system that permeates the human body. It interpenetrates and surrounds muscles, bones, organs, nerves, blood vessels and other structures. Fascia is an uninterrupted, three-dimensional web of tissue that extends from head to toe, from front to back, from interior to exterior. Because of this, stress in any area of the body has an effect on every other part of the body. Although people most often associate tension and stiffness with their muscles, it’s actually the fascia that accumulates much of this stress and therefore provides much greater relief with the correct approach.
