Alexis discovered her passion for bodywork while healing from years of stress and anxiety, which led her to Ke Kino Massage School. There she immersed herself in the study of therapeutic touch and explored the deep interconnection between body, mind, and emotions while creating a safe and supportive space for clients to reconnect with themselves.

She specializes in nervous system regulation, chronic pain relief, and emotional well-being, drawing from Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Unwinding, SomatoEmotional Release, and Energy Medicine. Alexis supports clients who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or physically unwell, guiding them toward empowerment and vitality.

Her advanced training includes over 500 hours of continuing education and certifications in Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, and TMJD techniques. She is an alum of Ke Kino’s prestigious Young Star Program (now named Bridge Program) and continues her growth through mentorship with Master Level Therapists, ensuring her work remains both technically precise and deeply intuitive.
