Anna Armstrong is a heart-centered Massage Therapist with a deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to restore itself. Her path into bodywork began through Energy Medicine and evolved through her training at Ke Kino Institute of Healing, where she completed the 550-hour LMT program and participated in the Graduate Intern Program and Young Stars Program (now known as the Bridge Program).

For Anna, bodywork is not just therapeutic—it’s transformational. Her own experience with regular sessions helped her manage chronic illness, reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and experience lasting relief. These changes sparked a passion to help others reconnect with their bodies and move toward vibrant, balanced health.

Her approach is gentle but direct, helping to unwind deeply held patterns and restore a sense of internal coherence.
