Massage Clinic + School

Grace Moore is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Massage Therapist with a focus on chronic pain, women’s health, and integrative recovery. Her journey into therapeutic work began with her own struggle—chronic neck pain following a severe whiplash injury. Despite multiple recommendations for surgery, she sought alternative solutions, unwilling to accept a path of regret she had seen so often in her pain management patients.
Everything changed in 2005, when she attended a John F. Barnes Myofascial Release seminar. The relief she experienced was immediate—and life-changing. She immersed herself in continued training and began sharing her knowledge with friends and family. To expand her scope and serve more directly, she pursued Massage Therapy certification, blending it seamlessly with her OT background.
She specializes in a whole-person approach to healing, helping clients move through chronic tension patterns, post-surgical recovery, and hormone-related shifts with ease and integrity.
Philosophy
While Grace brings deep knowledge and training to her sessions, she believes that true healing lies in the quality of presence and the artistry of application. She creates a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to reconnect with their bodies. Whether recovering from illness, navigating life transitions, or seeking relief from persistent pain, clients work alongside Grace to restore vitality and reclaim freedom of movement.
