C.W. Hearrell is an attorney, educator, and business consultant with a passion for helping small business owners navigate legal and financial challenges. A North Texas native, C.W. holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Austin College, an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law. In 2020, he founded the Hearrell Law Firm, focusing on small business representation and financial planning. His work bridges both legal strategy and practical business insight, providing entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow with confidence and clarity.

While building his legal practice, C.W. joined the faculty at Grayson College in 2022, where he teaches Business Law and Introduction to Business. He brings the same grounded, values-based approach to the classroom, helping students understand not just the mechanics of business, but the responsibility and opportunity it carries.

Outside of his professional life, C.W. is a devout Christian, a devoted husband to his wife, Taylor, and a proud father to their son, Jackson—his greatest source of joy and inspiration.
