Marni Matyus
Instructor
LMT, MTI

Marni’s mission is to help individuals reconnect with their bodies—gently, honestly, and without judgment. Through touch, presence, and intuitive support, she creates the conditions for healing to emerge, both physically and emotionally.
Marni’s path to bodywork began through personal pain—a battle with chronic neck issues and a longing to leave the corporate world behind. Relief came not through force, but through presence. Guided by an Osteopath who became a mentor, Marni discovered the profound impact of Craniosacral Therapy, somatic work, and shadow integration. That experience reshaped her life—and inspired her to help others heal on their own terms.
Since becoming a licensed bodyworker in 2010, Marni has studied under osteopaths, naturopaths, energy healers, and somatic practitioners. Her approach is intuitive, collaborative, and deeply attuned, shaped by both formal education and thousands of hours of personal practice. Each session is tailored to the individual—a quiet conversation between practitioner, client, and the body’s own wisdom.
Marni is especially known for her gentle, pain-free techniques that encourage clients to stay present in their bodies while releasing deep patterns of tension and trauma.
Teaching & Continuing Education
Marni teaches continuing education classes for massage therapy graduates, offering instruction in somatic bodywork, TMJ support, and emotional integration. Her teaching is grounded in lived experience and practical wisdom—creating safe, thoughtful learning environments where practitioners grow alongside their clients.
